In this conference it will be explored how design – here not understood as a way of form shaping but as a way of creative thinking different from analysis – may add value in solving complex business problems. Nike, Shell Innovation Research, or IDEO among many other speakers from the field of consulting, academia and research will comment on the relevance of this issue.
