Robert Bauer

Robert M. Bauer is Associate Professor of Organizational Design at Johannes Kepler University Linz, Austria. Currently he is a Visiting Professor at the Joseph L. Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. His research aims at a better understanding of different ways of knowing, including but not limited to formal and every day language statements. He explores the consequences of different epistemological modes for organizational design and behavior as well as for the philosophy of organization science. He is also a registered psychotherapist and has worked extensively as an executive coach and management consultant.
