The Creativity Center of the University of St. Gallen, based at Institute for Leadership and Human Ressource Management, organizes a conference for entrepreneurs, members of executive boards and managers of small and medium-sized companies. Successful entrepreneurs will share their experiences and knowledge from their day-to-day business.
Aim of a creative process is to generate ideas (knowledge) for doing or applying something in new ways; however, without successful implementation in the organization, creative ideas won't come into being to generate value. Shamiyeh illuminates distinct approaches towards organizational knowledge creation and their particular implications for the transfer into entrepreneurial initiatives.
